BUFT signs MoUs with 10 industry partners

BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology, in collaboration with its Career Development Center, held a Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony with 10 major industry partners on November 19, 2025, at the BUFT Multipurpose Hall.

Faruque Hassan, Chairman of the BUFT Board of Trustees, attended as the chief guest and signed on behalf of BUFT. Mohammed Nasir, Member of the Board of Trustees, Acting Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Engr Ayub Nabi Khan and other guests were present.

BUFT signed partnership agreements with Team Group, Giant Group, Hameem Group, Babylon Group, Eco-Tex Limited, Fakir Apparels, Sonia Sweater Group, Purbani Group, Paramount Group and Shasha Denim.

The agreements will support practical learning, research opportunities and career development for students.

Faculty members, staff, students and administrative teams contributed to the programme. BUFT thanked all participants for their support in strengthening links between academia and the textile, apparel and fashion industries.
