The investigation into corruption allegations against the former APS and PO of two government advisers appears to have stalled.

The Anti-Corruption Commission is set to gain authority to investigate corruption involving Bangladeshi citizens both at home and abroad, as well as foreign nationals residing in the country.

This is not the first time that the ACC’s authority in the key areas of its mandate have been tactfully curtailed.
